Critical Corner (CC) is where we celebrate criticism of all sorts!
How?
By practicing the fine art of unlimited self-expression.
What’s that?
Good question, since it points to the importance of definitions.
Let’s start by defining “criticism.”
Our old faithful friend Google tells us that criticism comes in these forms:
noun: criticism; plural noun: criticisms
1. The expression of disapproval of someone or something based on perceived faults or mistakes. e.g., “he received a lot of criticism.”
2. The analysis and judgment of the merits and faults of a literary or artistic work. e.g., “alternative methods of criticism supported by well-developed literary theories.”
•The scholarly investigation of literary or historical texts to determine their origin or intended form.
